very friendly stuff and excellant location to the residence, everything was perfect. location: the hotel was close to the train station, all the main sightseeing places, and ravenna's city center, a corner away from the first major tourist highlight.

The location was quiet, about 5-minute walk into town. Had some takeaway meals at Pasta Fresca e Piadina, set just a walking distance from the hotel, I couldn't resist.

Our stay at Martins Residence De Luxe was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a huge and comfortable bed. The attention to detail, such as robes and slippers, was outstanding. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The location in the city center was perfect, and being able to park in a nearby garage was convenient. Yulia, our hostess, was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Although the wifi was a bit unreliable during our stay, Yulia was already working to fix it when we checked out. The only other downside was that the shower floor in our room was slippery, which my husband found a bit concerning.

Best Christmas experience! The room was stunning, with beautiful antique furniture and crystal lighting. The breakfast spread was amazing, with fresh fruits, yogurts, pastries, and more. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the train station and close to nearby cities and villages. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home.

Although the room was beautiful, there were a few issues with cleanliness, like an unclean toilet brush. There was no lift, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

The breakfast was very very good with the best ham ever, included slices of fresh bread, cereal, and fruit.

Excellent service from the staff, they took care of everything. The room was really nice and had all the amenities I needed: a mini-fridge, good heating, and a desk to do some work 👌
